As I See It
I was trying to explain to someone today what my vision is like when I'm not wearing my contacts. It was tricky. Then I had an idea. If I take my left contact lens out and hold the viewfinder of my camera over my right eye I can match the focus on the camera's lens using my good eye to the focus of my bad eye. I took a few pictures around my apartment like this, and I'm not sure how interesting this really is, but here's what my vision looks like without the aid of glasses or contact lenses:
I made a web album of the rest of the pictures I took. Take a look: .Mac Web Gallery - As I See It

Let's Try This Again
Last night I popped my slippers on to go brush my teeth, but I put the first slipper on the wrong foot. They have a rubber sole, so it's kind of important that you put them on correctly. Rather than taking the slipper off and swapping it over to my right foot, I decided to just go with it and I put the other slipper on the incorrect foot as well and walked to the bathroom. This made me feel incredibly lazy, and looking down at my mismatched feet it reminded me of this little blog that I gave up on a year ago. So I'm starting The 25th Frame back up again, right where I left off (minus a year). I've got a new look, some new rules, and hopefully a new level of motivation to keep it up to date.
So once again, let's see how long this lasts.
